So I wanted to do this one because its a Sasuke. Zero drop Sasukes have always been an interesting territory since hes traditionally been the best zero drop. The current gold standard being the 4/0 2/0 vanilla version. This one doesn't stack up in most cases to that one. However, its an interesting throwback to the days when there were more element specific counters. Against an Earth deck, he becomes a 5/0 2/0 with growth and immunity to such jutsus as Super Slap, Howl and Karura. While hes not likely to be an appealing target for Karura, the first two are significant. Earth is a currently a strong element and Choji and Neji are in almost every Earth deck at the zero spot. Hanabi is one of Earth's strongest cards at the one spot and Ino still sees some play. All and all, hes likely to be in his stronger form against Earth.

Final Verdict: Hes a legit sideboard possibility against Earth if you're someone who is running vanilla Sasuke and want to take advantage early. This strategy is actually solid since Earth is a slow element and punishing them early is a good way to stop an Earth deck. I wouldn't put it in the main deck though. Being a solidly stated zero hes going to be good in sealed/draft. Oh and the picture/Effect name are pretty nice. I always like 0 drop sasukes.
